Things are moving along quickly at Haymeadow as our vision for Eagle’s newest community is taking shape. We designed Haymeadow to deliver comfortable, thoughtful mountain living that honors the natural beauty and active lifestyle of the Brush Creek Valley.

Phase 1 development is in full swing. Site work, utilities, and infrastructure are well underway, with neighborhood roads and green spaces now clearly outlining the community. Framing is progressing nicely, finishes are going in, and the neighborhood is truly starting to feel like home.
Right now, 7 single-family homes are already finished or under construction, with many nearing completion on Mount Hope Circle and Haymeadow Drive. In addition, our first townhome building is going up with the second building soon to follow. Both constructions hold four townhomes each. Finally, buyers are already choosing their cottage lots and plans with the first units ready for move-in during early summer of 2027.
